Applications are posted below for each program.  For EC, kindly complete and call the school office at 516.354.5618 to schedule a time to return all necessary documents.  For admission to K through 8, please complete and return to school, so that a screening appointment may be scheduled.

Please bring the following items:
N registrants must be 3 by 12/1 of the year in which they are entering school.
PK registrants must be 4 by 12/1 of the year in which they are entering school.
Copy of birth certificate and baptismal (if applicable)
Copy of immunization and physical
Child must be toilet trained
$225 registration fee

Kindergarten through Grade 8
